In 12 days Blue Valentine will be in Cannes for the 63rd Cannes Festival: Films in Competition (May 18th).  According to the films twitter Ryan is set to be attending – we shall see.

12 days and counting till our premiere at cannes, ryan, michelle, derek, @LynetteHowell @jamiepatricof & alex orlovksy will all b there.

Blue Valentine is in the section called ‘Un Certain Regard’ which is a seclection of films with all different kinds of visions and styles which seek international recognition.
